Ah Mendokusai....

The reason why it's not on bakabt is because the first season is licensed by FUNI and bakabt doesn't allow anything licensed by FUNI on there if FUNI say their going to release it on DVD/Blu-Ray's.

If FUNI only has the streaming rights to the anime then they'll allow it on there.
