I don't even watch this series (I have a shit taste you know), but I did watch this episode just now for checking it. It's not a trollsub at all, at least it's my opinion based on my /half-ass and not pass on N4 exam/ Nipponese).

According th AniDB, this OAD was released on Dec 6 and only Impatience has released an English subbed version so far. More options soon, probably.
