I thought That providing Devhost link is just some unique feature that only i can do it but when a normal person can do it without any server or smthing like that then i should just quit it atleast i will save my money that i was putting on server and my time of course.

It's really early to tell. From the first episode, I only got a mahou-shoujo/moe feel from it and that's about it. Not sure if it will get serious on us.
