Interestingly, in this and the other example I'm thinking of it was posted on pages for auto-skipped content, as if to discourage people from requesting it from admin. So in terms of motive:

I believe the comments are justified.A-Registered and others on here act like moderators and give people constant abuse for not liking something.If they believe the quality is better than indicated [not bd], then they should provide evidence themselves to prove the quality .

It falls on the person who makes a claim to bring forth evidence. In this case, someone says that the video quality is inferior. Explain. Not too difficult and you'll help people out.
