Ahodomo says:

"Fun Fact: Four audio tracks and five subtitle tracks because we can.

Audio:
Track 1 - Original audio. No voices.
Track 2 - Legitimately done dub (default track)
Track 3 - Dub done by one person. Pretty impressive, though they all sound a bit similar... no shit.
Track 4 - Best Dub Ever.

Subtitles:
Track 0 - Transcribed original Jap subs. Same timing, same placement, same everything. Take this as the "original" video.
Track 1 - Timed to the legit dub (default track)
Track 2 - Timed to the Jap subs. idk why we're including this. Because we can?
Track 3 - Timed to the One Man Dub
Track 4 - Timed to the Best Dub Ever"

Bottom line: Touhou!

If you'd like ep1 as well, the AT links are long gone:

https://animetosho.org/view/evetaku-to...264.444746

But I believe ep1 can be had at the following offsite archive. (The name of the files seem right, although I'm not sure about the name of the page:)

http://chauthanh.info/animeDownload/an...akyou.html

If not that link, then this one:

thanh.info/animeDownload/anime/Touhou_Gensou_Mangekyou_~The_Memories_of_Phantasm~.html

You may need to use Chaut's joining tool of choice. See their homepage for details.

The second link should be:
http://chauthanh.info/animeDownload/an...tasm~.html
Which is the raw video with seperate sub files.

The first link seems to be the video with embedded subs. I'm gonna give the first link a try. I seem to have fallen in love with this franchise. I just wish they would make them faster or at least one big movie, I can only dream for it... And if there already is a movie out, please tell me. Tell me!

UPDATE
I DL from the first & second link. Both files have no voice acting because none was ever recorded. On the first link the 2 first DL files are with a jp fandub and the last 2 DL are original release.

How to join the files with 7-zip.

1 - Download both files and make sure they are in a directory alone.
  2 - rename: [EveTaku] Touhou Gensou Mangekyou vol. 1 (1280x720 H264 AC3)[9b8370e8].00000.zip.part
       to : [EveTaku] Touhou Gensou Mangekyou vol. 1 (1280x720 H264 AC3)[9b8370e8].zip.001
  3 - rename: [EveTaku] Touhou Gensou Mangekyou vol. 1 (1280x720 H264 AC3)[9b8370e8].00001.zip.part
       to : [EveTaku] Touhou Gensou Mangekyou vol. 1 (1280x720 H264 AC3)[9b8370e8].zip.002
4 - Now run 7-zip on those files and you should get when it's done: [EveTaku] Touhou Gensou Mangekyou vol. 1 (1280x720 H264 AC3)[9b8370e8].mkv

Now if you are smart you can see what I did and use this techique for any filename. Just make sure all filenames match to the ".zip" and use "." followed with 3 digit padding at the very end.

Files 1 and 2 can also be found on animesharing. DDL is there too.
