This re-encode is dead, including torrent. But more importantly also the originals from KiteSeekers-PFSubs didn't survive with seeds.
A suitable version for Live Revolution (OVA #2) can be found here:

But I found no trace of the OVA itself. By change anybody, who has one of the KiteSeekers-PFSubs releases locally stored?

Well, without any reply there's likely no interest about this. But just in case...

I've prepared my own version of this OVA based on a hungarian fansub release (AnimeCenter).

Video: 720p, H.264, 8-bit, x264 core 98, vbr 2-pass, average 892 kbit
Audio: AAC LC, 2ch, vbr, average 233 kbit
Subs: polished/ReDone
Fonts: manually added, as referred by sub script

Thanks! I didn't have either one. Maybe it's time for me to check back with chauthanh.info to see if they fixed the broken links for some of the episodes I'm missing of Koihime Musou & Shin Koihime Musou - Otome Tairan.
