If you mean how to join the parts together, use 7-zip. Note: parts from different download services are not generally interchangeable, as I understand things.

Does it produce any error messages?

General procedure:
1. Open a 7-zip window by clicking on 7-zip File Manager
2. Navigate to where the files to be joined are
3. Sort by name so the parts are together
4. Highlight all together with mouse
5. Right click mouse, choose 7-zip Extract Here

You may know all this, it's hard to tell from your note.
Be sure you have a recent version of 7-zip, 9.2 or later.

If this doesn't work, it should at least generate an error message, then it will be easier to see what the problem is.

This user apparently needed more detailed information. My notes are intended to help those who ask.

Here's the sum total of what this Anon offers from a brief Admin note:

"How do I join multi-part (.001, .002 etc) files?
For most people, the freeware HJ-Split for Windows will do the trick. Non-Windows users should be able to use the command cat some_file.ext.0?? > some_file.ext."

That's the same of saying the Original BluRay-Disk has no advantage of a 10Gb BRRIP...
(Original Bluray it's between 30Gb/50GB...)

The ppl who made RIPs of small files, they have to do corrections in COLOR, SHARPNESS, BLUR, etc.
And if the file isn't that smaller then that corrections wont be necessary.

Try to view two release of different files sizes 4Gb, and another of 7GB, in a BIG TV-HD,
and NOT from your laptop, or PC, because you will tuning your codec player to vies a better resolution.
Do that from a External Multimedia-HardDisk.

Then come here and say there's no differences.

I will download this in case that no other will be possible of finishing download.
I was requesting this release because in torrent there is only 1 seed and it's uploading at 3kb or 6Kbps.
That is driving me crazy... And i'm afraid that he will give up from seeding.
