It is listed under Non-English Anime at Nyaa. So I don't know how it ended up here. But it's old and strange. It was compiled on a French-language version of mkmerge that's 3 years old, and on Nyaa it claims to be dual audio Japanese-Russian, but I only see japanese audio in the file header. Website link suggests Raws site, but it's dead.

Without a doubt, this was done by the ghosts of dead Russian subbers allowed to roam the Internet until All Saints Day (Nov 1)

I think Lum is dead. Rapidgator has the files, but I'm not sure about their procedures. Filefactory is downloading now, but may be slow. Sorry, that's all the links fo this title I know of right now.
