According to Anidb L-E only did up to ep 8. Based on preview screens looks like 9-19, 28-29 are DOMO (range might be wrong, I got 429 error so can't check any more) and then the rest (except for episode 34) is TekosSubs (a Portugese group, they've said their English subs google translated) making this a hardsub of that (as that exists in softsub no need to OCR but due to beuing an MTL thery're subpar). Also many eps have piracy streaming site watermarks.

If you didn't see it on TV you were lucky to buy it on VHS so just be happy that someone took the time to upload it for everyone else.
