What has the size to do with anything anon lol? I download 4K Remuxes that are 120GB per nzb.
Well that would involve downloading from torrent and then uploading to a own server? I guess i have just to get a VPN and use torrent for anime.

Anime Tosho generally avoids processing larger items due to bandwidth limitations - that's likely what is meant by "size".
You don't need to upload anything to "an own server" for make an NZB - after downloading the torrent, use a Usenet uploader to post the files to a Usenet provider. If you do this, feel free to share a copy of the NZB if you wish to help others.
