matroska spec dictates all languages have a default, so it's not an either or... it's both, even if the muxer fails to tag it as such proper players abiding the spec will automatically assume both have the default flag set to yes. Because default does not mean that it plays that track by default. The default flag simply tells the player that the track is eligible for automatic selection based on your language preference set. So what track plays for you is fully dependent on you configuring your player for your preference.

Abystoma can't label track languages correctly, can't figure out how to tag the tracks correctly, and always uses the absolute worst video he can find. It's almost like he's intentionally trolling any unfortunate folk who download what he puts out.

+ Since it's a DVD encode, it doesn't have that awful QTEC upscaling like the BD, which I can see in these screenshots.
