literally all of them put chapters in and any decent dual audio group includes a signs track.

heck crunchyroll offers chapters so they don't even have to create them anymore they can just rip them.

none of this is created or unique to ember.

ember fails to even properly tag the signs track with the forced flag so that preference settings can work right. anyone wanting proper configuration has to do ember's job and remux the file after downloading to fix it.
