Audio is way out of sync. Tried multiple downloads of Eng dub Orient ep 03 and all of them (even different resolutions) were the same. I use MPC. To align the audio on MPC (Windows Media Player Classic) ...... choose Options - audio switcher - check mark audio time shift and type in (-90100) - then hit apply. Restart video from beginning. Video and audio are fine after realignment.

Permanently fix an out of sync video file very easily with AVIDEMUX (its free). Open Avidemux and open video file in question. Enter time shift amount under AUDIO OUTPUT (for Orient -90100). Next at top left of Avidemux click FILE tab then click SAVE. New video file will be created with in sync audio (providing correct time shift was entered).
