I favor a new season presented as OVAs over time, compared to no new season and also find it more appealing than waiting 4 or 5 years for one.

Yes I'm sure you would. Sounds like you rather have shows the way funi and CR do things. void of emotion and a boxed in fiction that limits imagination and don't forget subtitles full of intentional translation errors.
