This is a YouTube rip with its AAC audio needlessly converted to Opus in OGG.
Whoever does this, I hate you. Stop it. While I can and do extract the audio to convert back to AAC,
I shouldn't have to. Thankfully you didn't screw with the video.

Also vanity credits are nothing but an ego stroke. Just stick your group's name in the filename.
Earn your street cred.

Is this some strange irony or Opus rant? Or did you time-travel from 2010?
The video has native DASH audio in Opus format (ID 251) like 99 percent (just a guess, but some 9x for sure) of all YouTube videos today.
And Opus is webm containered at YouTube, not Ogg. And here it's all together mkv containered. So no trace of an Ogg container.

YouTube's highest quality options are VP9 video with Opus audio.
They're not converting the audio to opus from aac.
