Easiest fix:
change the audio delay in your video player for that ep. Downside is that you have to set the delay every time you play that ep.

Almost as easy fix (but better since it's permanent, and you only have to do this once):
remux the episode with MKVToolNix and change the audio delay under the "Timestamps and default duration" tab.

Try using a torrent if you are using a magnet.
