ClickNUpload is 507MB while AnonFiles is 607MB!

Well, AnonFiles is OK but it shows the size of files wrongly. While the file downloaded from AnonFiles is actually 579.8MB, it shows the file size as 607MB!

No, AnonFiles is using the correct number and short term.
It's 579(.8) MiB (mebibyte) or 607(.9) MB (megabyte).

That's right. 1 MiB = 1048.6 kB = 1.0486 MB
The problem here is that all units are shown as MB (megabyte) and not as MiB (mebibyte) where applies.
