Something is messed up here maybe? The series decription seems to refer to an experimental anime movie, while the video belongs to an anime TV series.

These two items appear to have been mixed up by the submitter. One is an experimental movie about an old TV set abandoned in a junkyard (possibly related to Hatsune Miku's Odds and Ends?), while the other is a romance anime taking place during college years:

It's not the submitter's fault as there is no such categorical info in the torrent. It is a guess by a bot here based on the file name and/or torrent title. It is often right and often wrong.

Any human of normal intelligence knows when there is such an error and how to find the right information.

As already mentioned, the bot thought it was the former because the title matches exactly with AniDB's reference.
I've fixed up the tagging manually.
