I appreciate the Tenchi love and all, but WTF is up with the subtitles?

I remember a fansub group that put out the live action Sailor Moon and since it was a TV broadcast complete with commercials, they faithfully translated the actual show, BUT they had fun twisting the commercials, i.e. a McDonalds ad where the Ronald said he would be watching you use the bathroom (always knew that clown was a pervert). Anyhow yeah they had fun with the commercial breaks, but the show itself was faithfully translated.

Not sure what happened with this Tenchi video, but it made no sense. - Did we just get trolled, or was there a technical problem?

Just raising an honest question, hoping to get a non-juvenile, non-profane, professional and real answer from whomever made this post in the first place, and not some immature troll, OK? - Hope that's not too much to ask nowadays. THANKS
