2. Torrents: Naked if you can and don't care about being public, via a vpn subscription otherwise.  The vpn protects your identity and your ISP won't know you're running torrents or be able to stop you.

3. Check for ddl offerings here frequently.  Some will die in days due to enforcement.  Some will last weeks at most.
