The video players I used stated that they didn't support the encoding. So you may run into an issue.

I tested this with mpc-hc, vlc and mpv and I have no issues running it at all. It looks like hardware issues.

it could also be you got a corrupted download, check your crc. Wikipedia crc if needed.
