I don't think you need to worry. If the Admin or Mods want to pass it, they will no matter who requests it. If they don't then they wont. It's as simple as that. There is really no need to track anyone and their requests.

Not a problem! You're probabaly right, admin has no way of tracking registered user's requested amounts from said requested torrent.

On another point, what difference does it make to how much is requested from one person? This is an automated site with a small pause in operations for bigger files "Due to bandwidth limitations of the server"...
