Translation of translation.

[Neuro-C] Komi-san wa, Comyushou desu. - 01
is proper JP to En translation with translated op, boards etc. Its most complete tl of highest quality so far.

[Meltic StAr] and [Neuro-C] did their translation because there isnt better one. Now there is better one, neuro-c.
