How does one make a vote to request this torrent be fetched? Mamotte Shugogetten is an excellenf anime which gets no love and is still unlicensed, plus its 8 OVAs are rare AF.

For what it is worth this torrent likely hasn't been fetched since it's a repost of this https://nyaa.si/view/59626 from 14 years ago, which isn't considered new since the creation date in the retrieved AniDex torrent shows 2009 (as it should).

The torrent is still reasonably seeded for something so old which is a bonus at least.
