The first upload was 50GB and almost 2 years old. The NZB links as well as from other file storage sites don't last forever.

2 years is nothing. many usenet providers have a decade or more of retention. fansubs rarely get deleted. the issue isn't about retention; it's about the deleted nzb. the anime is most likely still there but with no way to download it. appreciate the upload, but please use a better filehost.

Yep same quality, the original movie is also an low resolution video, you can put it in an high resolution video file that make the video not better.
