Lex, it is dual audio. You just posted the info for track 2 which is JP.
Track 3 (Audio #2) is the English track.

War is about money. Like everything is about money. Every human everywhere would sell you and yours just as you'd ssell them and theirs. It's no different when the vermin in government do it. They''ll throw your life away and your children's lives right along with it, purely and simply for money. Anyone who thinks 'their' government is any different is mentally deficient. Iraq was about oil, afghanistan was about destabilisation, the immigrants are about cheap labour, china is about their owners having more money than your owners. But you'll never see it, because the talking heads on your tv will never tell you so. You've already lost. I hope that the japanese at least, will stick to their beliefs, because in 'my' country I'll be given no choice.

In the US we're now up to 900,000 'cases' a day, so you can safely say that there were at least 1,000,000 'tests'. Each 'test kit' costs $20. That's $20,000,000 a day. And that's just the 'kits'. Every single thing the government does is about money. On the UK government site they show a list of companies that provide 'testing services', and they charge between £15 and £395, and there are about 100 companies, all owned by people in the 'house of lords'. Remember when you were being forced to 'develop' the 'vaccine' (ie. to pay for it), and they said the whole world would get it for free? Now they throw the expired stuff towards african countries to keep up the facade whilst filling their pockets on your side. It amazes me that 99% of people still carry on as if nothing is going on. Marching off to the slave pens day after day. I doubt a single one of them has a backbone.

Politics, religion, and the real world should be topics for other web sites not "ANIME TOSHO". People come here to get away from that and enjoy themselves in the fantasy world for a little while before heading back to reality.
Yes... life sucks... move forward and learn from the past but don't change it.

From what I read in this anime's description, now I'm sure that this anime should be displayed in all American schools to teach children to learn to oppose and prevent "forever-wars" created by the US government.
