No, LostYears is still actively doing the shows they can.

Different members of the group do different shows. The one that does this show may be busy IRL since some of the others are current.

Nah, just the fact that LostYears release depends on Cyan getting the subtitles done and as seen here:

Cyan hasn't done past episode 5. Therefore LostYears cannot do anymore episodes until Cyan unstalls.
So if you want the dub, you'll have to grab Golumpa.

Lostyears doesn't come with episode 6 and Golumpa has stopped.
