If you actually bothered to read or go to the site it was uploaded to (nyaa) you would see it has Eng subs.

You sure don't know what you are talking about, I downloaded it and it has Eng subs just like the description on nyaa said. Maybe you need to learn how to change the sub tracks.
You should be the one doing some research.

i am having the same problem with the Swedish? subtitles. how would i change that?

I don't know what player you are using but look for the subtitle tab and change it from Swedish to the second track. The second track is labeled as unknown but it is English.
Or you can get MKVtoolNix and change the default header settings like I did.

I was using Media player Classic which wasn't giving me many options for subtitles. Thanks for letting me know about MKVtoolNix.
