What are you using to play it? It's a newer audio codec as it says above: "Audio codec: Opus (experimental)" But I get audio playback with both VLC and MPC-HC. If you use either, update. If you use something else, update and/or add one of the above to your system: VLC if you want simple, MPC-HC via k-lite for something more comprehensive.

Already noted above.
For example supported in VLC since 2.0.4:

Released in October 2012.
But OK, another hint. Using a player, that doesn't support Opus, could include much more problems than that. Most likely horribly outdated and a plain security disaster. So upgrading is highly recommended, not just to play that file.

BTW, using OPUS in a MP4 container is unsupported:

This might work, but also can cause issues.

Just download and install K-Lite Codec Pack Mega and you will be able to play any audio and video codec available with no problem.
