none really, take my advice with a grain of salt.

right now, the second season of komi hasn't (proficiently) been subbed. any english releases you're seeing here are prolly MTL subs or a translation of Translation.

so you better wait.... idk for how long. who knows? maybe the s2 will get official subs as well.
