i doubt it. Only JPN was originally released on the aniversary BD.
There is a torrent somewhere with a fanmade english dub (Not perfect as the us dub was censored/cut) But very nice.
I've used thowe audio tracks to insert the US OP theme, these audio files can be found here: https://mega.nz/#F!bIwUVT5Z!Om-wqzXa6pnAVGG3JEAORQ
I can't say if the length is the same, but you might try them, merge the files using mkvmerge.
