Can't find it.
Asked Kaylith themselve, they say better get FFF one.

Thanks for the reply.

I was downloading this anime from good quality and satisfactory sized kageru batch and I wanted to see/compare the effect of qcomp on image quality. FFF and kageru both have a qcomp of 0.8 but Kaylith has qcomp=0.7.

If Kaylith isn't available (unfortunately), I will continue downloading kageru files.

I wonder why in the first place they didn't leave qcomp at the default value (0.6) as recommended by x264 developers while in the case of this slow-paced anime, it just has an adverse effect on image quality.
By downloading kaylith's encode, I wanted to know how great is the impact on image quality.

However it seems (fortunately) encoding groups doesn't alter qcomp that much nowadays.

0.6 is a very arbitrary figure though; one may want higher qcomp for high quality encodes.
Low qcomp isn't good if you like comparing quality using screenshots (as opposed to actually watching the video).

"one may want higher qcomp for high quality encodes."
How does increasing qcomp affect image quality of a non-action anime, if all the other factors remain the same?
Doesn't that lower the image quality?!
