They released a patch for ep 10 and 11 back then and the patch link is still good.

Now that it is a less upload heavy day, I would also ask for this to be fetched (the entire thing, not just two episodes). The last decent quality version was from over half a decade ago (from prof) and the original version is ridiculously old at this point, so please?

1 went to aniDB(you can access it by clicking Nejimaki Seirei Senki: Tenkyou no Alderamin and then click, yeah yeah anidb
2 make a search for Kametsu with group tag
3 at IRC line you have the address

As for mIRC, you can't use it (learn it) or won't (you're hopeless); it's your problem.
