Tibb, when I go to yuki and sort the files by "Modified" (recent ones on top), there are empty folders. I assume they're the ones that have stayed on the server for quite some time, but only the files inside are deleted. The folders still remain, and it's quite confusing when I browse. Is there a reason for letting the folders stay?

The issue at hand is that most files existed on the server before the current theme... There is an hidden file inside every folder and thus when I execute the commands to remove the oldest files/folders it wont delete that hidden file (since it hasn't been on the server long enough) and that keeps the folder from being removed. I'll try and delete most of the folders that appear empty (eventually), but more can appear every now and then (for maybe 3-4 weeks, by then the file change time should match up with the files).
