[JacobSwaggedUp] Seto no Hanayome (BD 1280x720)

been talking to Jacob of JacobSwaggedUp, and neither of us knows why several of his anime including Seto no Hanayome, Baka Test 2, and others uploaded recently are being shown as "broken". - Can anyone at AnimeTosho let us know why these recent shows are not working as per usual??? Would appreciate the help, THANK YOU

I stopped them for several reasons:
1. They appeared to be just some anon's relisting of previous JacobSwaggedUp torrents. We skip reruns.
2. There was no announcement on the JSUp website of new official or v2 re-releases of these titles.
3. Some of the torrents were of different sizes than the originals torrents we had downloaded before, mostly for no obvious reasons, so who knows if this is some anon's unlabelled re-encode or what.

If something is an official release, sign up as the official JacobSwaggedUp torrent author with TT, and make sure the release is announced on the JWUp website. If a torrent is a v2, label it properly as such. If it's just a rerun, we'll skip it again.

These are official. I uploaded them anon because it's to much of a pain to make a TT acct. Can you just push these threw. Otakusensei doesn't do torrent and I do not want to make a TT acct. It would be great if you could just push these threw. They are just same torrents from Anime Index which is the site I use for doki releases because nyaa a shit when it comes to doki.

Thanks for your reply. We're geared for mass distribution of new releases simultaneously to 30 download hosts. The note on your site said these re-uploads were just for one guy's request. That's not really our thing.

ALL other anime JSU uploaded was of their own free-will and NOT requested by me... Baka Test season 1 was posted a month or two ago, and season 2 was never posted as a follow-up, I only asked when/if season 2 might happen. ------ So in short, I had no power over ANYTHING that was posted (re-posted), and everything here was blown WAY WAY WAY out of proportion. --- Please moderators, reconsider what you've done, and realize that there's no real reason to not post all the anime that JSU has decided to post, the same as any of the other many other groups and anime that they want to post... please don't abuse your power, OK?

It was considered in the past, as a backup source when Nyaa/TT was taken down by DDoS, but I never got around to putting in all the effort required to do it.
It may be done in the future if I can allocate time to do so.

You would have achieved very little by making them a backup source. During the last DDoS there was practically nothing to be gained by listing from Anime Index. For example, if they had made it possible to get Horrible's releases during the last DDoS, that would have been a notable thing. But they didn't.

Their mistake, imho, is trying to be a replacement for TT, which is a useless accomplishment, instead trying to be a potential replacement for Nyaa.

JSW, let's review:

1. You seem to have troubles with TT.
2. Nyaa deletes your torrents for fun when you're not looking
3. You might be on the verge of getting filtered out here at AT if you throw anymore old shit at them.

That's quite some record.

So here's some advice: make your old stuff available on Mega, if you're going down that road.

so far as I can tell everything's fine now - anime is no longer being blocked and things seem to be flowing along as usual... just didn't think that a request for an anime post would get a moderator involved and create all that had transpired last night. - THANKS for getting back to business as usual.
