this is the OVA the washio sumi chapter.

Yes it does seem that way, BUT it's missing app. half of the story content from the first OVA movie. This is 24 minutes and the movie is 47 minutes app., I'm guessing it will be continued in episode 2 since it's entitled "Friends." I have not watched either yet, just skipped through to see the difference.

The second season consists of two parts. The first part (the first six episodes of the second season) will be Yūki Yūna wa Yūsha de Aru: Washio Sumi no Shō (Yuki Yuna Is a Hero: Washio Sumi Chapter). The second part (the final six episodes) will be Yūki Yūna wa Yūsha de Aru: Yūsha no Shō (Yuki Yuna Is a Hero: Hero Chapter), a direct sequel to the first television anime series.
