This one isn't a zipped or an .exe file, you downloaded a fake one that was not uploaded by the official HorribleSubs green trusted account.

This one is now the official green one. Click on Nyaa link and see the green banner. It has happened before that when Horrible was slow to post on Nyaa someone copies from the Horrible website and Nyaa eventually replaced that unofficial post with the official one.

Good alertness about when it was unofficial though.
