Yes people do, if they have a premium account.

You will get speeds from ul.to and all the like "premium" file-sharing sites that cannot be matched by "free" file-sharing sites.
for example, if you have an great connection speed (in the excess of 10mbitps+[this is still a low number]), uploaded.net can potentially utilize the full speed (depending on your DNS [I reccommend everyone who can switch their DNS to GoogleDNS or OpenDNS], throttling, load, etc.), it would be strange if a "free" service would offer a greater speed than this to their users.

And recently I noticed TusFiles started cracking down on illegal files (out of the few random times I went into my disposable email accounts, I seen notices of deletions (regarding Shingeki no Kyojin specifically) - where before they never sent me a single email).

not something personal but......why would anybody buy a filehosting premium and of ulto instead they can get torrent or join irc* lol i know because i have faced it no matter what you do you wont get much speed with filehosting Dev-host is exception upto 2MB/s sites if you have speed 1mpbs+ go for torrents they gives the most amzing speed and for 10mbit+ if possible join irc channels the best option however i dont know how to use irc so i have to stick with torrents

since tusfiles are being used widely the animation companies have trouble with their dvds wont sell recently dev-host was down too dont know wether they are up yet or not
I got this kind of emails too bla bla episodes is deleted by administrator

Thtats why i am going to get a 100mbps unmetred server from next month for my site though only 720p from horriblesubs,fff and others like these will be available there deadfish is out unless no other is available
