Sorry I didn't hear that before, but please can you explain why is it mkv? beacuse mkv is softsubbed.

MKV is just a format that allows softsubs. The video is a Funi rip, so the subs are hardcoded to the video itself.

.mkv is a video container, it can be softsubbed or hardsubbed. (Softsubbed means the subtitles can be turned off).
HorribleSubs has two types of releases, the softsubbed ones are ripped from CrunchRoll, and the Hardsubbed ones (like this one) are ripped from Funimation.
This is a Funimation rip, and so like all Funi rips it has badly translated, hardsubbed subtitles.
