is there going to be a better subtitle for this ? I mean perfectly covering and translating the titles and hints on the screen (with lots of line codes, you get what I mean) ?

Only a group that really loves a show will go to that much work.
I personally like the custom signs but very few groups have the talent to do it right, it's a lot of work and usually only done for BD encodes, not weeklies.
