Something amiss here over 1GB for normal video duration of 24 mins?

Looks like changes with(-in) the used codec

Different encoding parameters were used.
Video for ep12 was recorded at CBR instead of VBR -- and with a higher max bit rate.
- Prior episodes: Format settings, ReFrames: 5 frames
                         Overall bit rate mode: Variable;
                         Maximum bit rate: 4500 kb/s
- Episode 12:      Format settings, ReFrames   : 4 frames
                         Bit rate mode: Constant;
                         Nominal bit rate: 6000 kb/s

Hopefully, they'll post a v2.
