There is a playback issue with the video. It happens at the beginning of the video during the opening.

After I downloaded episode 40 of Boku No Hero Academia, the beginning of it showed a playback issue during the opening. After I downloaded it again and again in 480p, 720p, & 1080p...same results.

It was commented on the source links it was defective. Just grab Erai-Raws release because HS isn't going to issue a v2 after all this time.

Staff change really screwed up HS after 2016. They stopped issues v2s for minor glitches and they completely stopped issues batch torrents as well.

The Horrible I've known since day one seldom issued corrections ever, and only for major foul-ups.

They did some batches for a short while but quit because the point of batches was to issue a final version of a season's work by a fansub, which was pointless since Horrible does no translations to correct.  Instead, they make their archives available via irc.

And there is no point in complaining about anything.  Horrible does what it does and doesn't care about your complaints.  The real question is why and when they'll quit.  Never, I hope.
