It's usual to have episodes of an anime show with different file sizes when encoded via CRF due to nature of CRF encoding. Encoding via bitrate results in approximately constant file size (for example take a look at HorribleSubs episodes 1 to 7 of this show. Each of them is about 323MB)
You had a good eye to spot the difference here. This is strange o.0 I don't think the file here is really by HorribleSubs because I have never seen a file by HorribleSubs encoded with CRF.

Those typical HS video stream encodes with x264 core 120 r2120 are afaik from crunchyroll. Maybe cr changed something, the extraction failed and so HS grabbed another web source.
