they change the color of subs, the first release are in yellow subs

Actually is they change to crunchyroll, the first release are from The Anime Network

The difference is much more than the color of subtitles.
The file here is encoded and subtitled by HorribleSubs but the other (https://animetosho.org/view/horriblesubs-bang-dream-01-720p-mkv.1062469) isn't encoded by HorribleSubs and just its subtitle is from HorribleSubs.
The other file is 40% larger than this and its image quality is (very likely) better.

HorribleSubs does not encode nor do they do any subtitle work. HorribleSubs are unaltered from whatever source they're ripped from: Daisuki, Crunchyroll, Hulu, AnimeNetwork, or Amazon. It's an automated process by a bot.

Well, it seems I was mistaken.
Like ANiURL, HorribleSubs provides unaltered WEB-DL releases.
