Is this hardsubbed?

the subs appear in the screenshots and i thought that only happened with hardsub releases...

If you click on the file name you can see that there are subtitles below the screenshot, this is a better indication that it's softsubbed.

These appear to be soft subs as Tibb pointed out above.

As for screenshots, currently they're supposed to always show the subtitles. Unfortunately the subtitle renderer often doesn't work properly straight after seeking, so they often don't appear in soft subbed content (but they sometimes do).
