Trusted means the torrent is not a fake/troll release so it's safe to download.

gg's Hidan no Aria was trusted and completely a troll, all 12 episodes.

I think that's from older gg release?
About 1-2 year before disbanding, their release were decent (proper), each was quite good (check Binbougami ga, that was hilarious). I think it was after changing the leader. The older leader was a troll after all.

Koda is/was leader always, unless you go back to brief period around Baka Test.
