They did some batch releases. Were you looking for the 720p 8-bit mp4 ( https://animetosho.org/view/hatsuyuki-...mp4.894953 ) or the 10-bit mkv ( https://animetosho.org/view/hatsuyuki-...bit.894732 )

These batches only go back to ep 406. For 402 - 406, I see only 10-bit versions here:
