These links are 1 year plus 13 days old. If they had lasted 3 weeks, I'd have been surprised. AT doesn't keep files so when the links go dead, that's it for us. But it looks like this very episode and others are still available in the ChauThan archive at:

I will still advise him to go with Doutei either way. Their version was released early last month with the peejeshare link still working, and if it were down, there's a dropbox link in the comment space.
