There are no fonts attached to the video. The subtitle typesetting doesn't rendered correctly.
I hope the torrent author will release the patches for all episode.

I only watched a bit over half of ep 1 with settings of jap language and eng sub and it was fine. Can you tell me which episodes have problems (at least one) , with time marks for examples?

I too only looked for episode 1, but I bet the problems are same for all episode.

Several points that could be improved/patched
1. Lack of fonts. I even have to search the fonts by myself and remux it.
The lacking fonts are:
- Benguiat Bk Bt
- Coutre
- Planet estyle
- Tahoma (It's already available because of default system)

2. Separated subtitle text between the translation and sign/op. It supposed to be combined into one .ass file.
3. It would be great if default conversation style font can be changed to other than Tahoma (Not this is problem, I just think there should be better alternative font).

Since I don't really experienced in typesetting too, I can't say more than that.
So in summary:
The translation is ok, it's matter of preference, of course since I need to edit things, in the end I edit several lines too :)
The timing is no problem too.
The typesetting can be improved to more visually pleasing but not obstructing much of the video. My suggestion, could the torrent author re-style it at least like HorribleSubs style? It minimalistic style is acceptable.

Despite all of that, I actually grateful someone releases this, and of course it would be great if it can be improved :)

BD label is your problem. These are probably rips of BD sold for U.S. consumption with subs and alternate language options that were included with release. The lack of the option to customize fonts and the lack of translation accuracy are signs of this.
You are just spoiled by the skill and dedication of fan-subbing groups products.
Commercial sub releases are well known for altering translations so that they flow easier while reading and make more sense to the non-anime fan.

I would love to do it, but your best bet maybe waiting for CBM release as deanzel stated.

I've edited only one episode, and will do the rest after I finish watching it with subtitle off. By the time I finish editing it all, I guess there will be better release out there :D

What you could have done, was download the exiled-destiny release, then mux the subs and/or audio with this. That's what I might do.
