One person who is seeding all volumes simutaneously to a total of 675 leechers. I also think he doesn't have a seedbox.

I'm not too familiar with torrents but I thought those who DL'd can be seeders. Or am I wrong?

They can seed with the pieces that they have. For them to obtain the entire file; They have to wait until it's completed.
